December marks the end of the second confinement here in France, with certainly still some restrictions, but it also marks the arrival of Christmas holidays and New years eve! their little pleasures and their conviviality. Oceavilla holiday homes offer the perfect setting for meeting up and gretting a change of scenery, while respecting the health regulations in force. Several are still available and are waiting for you.

We make every effort to welcome you there in the best possible conditions. Oceavilla reliers on the help of several referents : the Clévacances label, the Destination Vendée Grand Littoral tourist office, Vendée Tourism, etc. Who guide us so that our houses comply with the defined rules and protocols. Each of the houses is notably cleaned and desinfected after departure. The contact areas are particularly treated.

From December, certificates will no longer be compulsory, it will therefore be possible to move from one region to another. However, in order to maintain a maximum threshold of 5,000 new cases of contamination per day, a curfew will be introduced from 9:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m, with the exception of Christmas Eve on December 24 and new year’s eve on 31. Additional recommendations will be given by the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, just before this period.

It will therefore be possible to spend your end-of-year celebrations with family or friends in one of our pretty houses along the Vendée coast. These are particularly suited to the necessary sanitary conditions and we use all means so that you can spend wonderful moments in all serenity.

The interruption of the Christmas markets will not prevent you from strolling in the streets and doing your shopping, but you will also be able, from home, to discover the achievements of several designers, working on different media such as: decorations, jewelery or even sewing, thanks to the establishment of a 100% virtual and 100% Vendée market.
Of course, water and nature activities will also be possible to allow you to fully enjoy a good breath of fresh air. And if you want to know more about the history of the Vendée, from prehistory to the beginning of the 21st century, the Historial de la Vendée opens its doors to you from December 1st.
